Rise of America- v1.266 update

Short description: This is the v1.266 update for Rise of America mod. The package includes the New Terrain Mod. 

Usage:

1. Unpack the file with 7-Zip File Manager.
2. Simply copy the data folder into your Cossacks 3 folder (or the /mods subfolder). You need to enable overwriting to use this mode (so it's a good idea to back up your files).
