On the CossacksHQ Discord channel, user Slavander reported a minor bug in State vs Country mods that allows enemy units to walk through the wall towers without any obstacles. The creator of the mods, Awar, has made the patches available with incredible speed, which you can download below.
The update affects this mods: State vs Country Empire, State vs Country Empire +NTM, State vs Country Plus and Rise of America.
