SHORT DESCRIPTION: This current mod is a variant of State vs Country mod. The mod changes the size of the units as below:
In the variant of the Re-Scale mod, the unit size is reduced:
unit width 80% of the original.
unit height 70% of the original.
The mechanics of the mod are set to reduce the unit by 70% from the original.

SETUP
