Description: This requires both "The Art of War" expansion and "Mod1", if you don't have them, get them! Also, for all the idots out there, it also requires COSSACKS! :/
The mission, allthough named "For Land and Money, Part 1, Making Your Reputation", most files are named "mytestmission" as that was it's origional name.
Story:
You have just returned from a very well known military academy in Bavaria, and have, as a gentleman, sent several letters to various places that might be in need of a young intelligent officer. One reply was from a Polish lord in a border dispute with a Saxon lord, this dispute has since multiplied, pitting the majority of the two countries against each other in an undeclared war. You have been invited to assist him, as an officer in his army.
Introduction:
This is the first in a series I intend to create about a young officer (you) making a name for himself, and eventually, gaining land, money, and prestige.
Hints:
-Saxons are not the only peoples who are disgruntled with the Poles.
-After centuries of warfare, many have sought a living as mercenaries, who don't care who they fight, so long as they're paid.
-Staying on the road has dangers, but it also has rewards, and sometimes, rewards outweigh dangers.
-Money saved is better spent, at least in CtAoW.
-Money spent was better saved, when mercenaries want to get paid.
